These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at renai.pt(the "Site"), operated by RENAI. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About RENAI

RENAI is an operational sustainability platform for industrial operations. The product is currently an MVP in validation. The Site presents information about RENAI and lets you request an introductory call.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business users acting on behalf of an organisation, who are at least 18 years old. By using it you confirm you meet these conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, you must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, scrape or overload it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

4. Booking a call

When you request a call, you provide contact details and choose a time. Requesting or holding a call is for introduction and validation purposes and does not by itself create any commercial contract or commitment to provide services.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the RENAI name and logo — are owned by RENAI or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own informational use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content without our permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services such as our LinkedIn page and our application at app.renai.pt. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, which have their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. As the product is an MVP in active development, features and information may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable at times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENAI will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or change the Site at any time. The date above shows when these Terms were last updated, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
